What Does A Magical Story Of A Cat, A Witch And A Spaceship Have To Do With PR?

When did you last write a story? Was it way back in school for your English exams or perhaps it was more recent than that.

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?

For me, it's always been about storytelling. I was six-years-old when I first wrote a magical story about a cat, a witch and a spaceship.

In fairness, it probably didn't make too much sense. I remember it being really long and my teacher being really impressed with the amount of love and dedication I poured into it.

After then, I was hooked and couldn't wait to write more.

1) You need to know your story - how does the introduction hook you in, take you on a journey and conclude back where you started

2) Do you know your ideal audience and what media they like to read, listen to and watch?

3) Do you have a professionally designed website?

4) Have you had professional imagery taken of you? (this is an absolute must)

5) Have you written your long and short biographies in the third person

Once all of the above is in place then you're ready to start looking towards harnessing the power of PR.
